Ever since the third century after the Big Blend, the Coordinated Universal Time was adopted as the primary time standard for most of the previous time zones of the world. As such, instead of having a time difference depending on the longitude, people adapt their hours to sunlight. For instance, a citizen of Singapore would rise at 00:00 and go to sleep at 15:00, while Karachi’s citizen would rise at 04:00 and go to sleep at 19:00, and a Tokyo’s citizen would get up at 17:00 and go sleep at 08:00. Depending of the culture and the environmental crystal phenomenons, that may vary. For example, due to sunlight reflection and absorption in the atmosphere, sunrise will come several hours later in Farskyer than in Karachi despite being almost at the same longitude: a Farskyer’s schooler will commonly start school at 08:00, eat lunch at 12:00, and have dinner at 19:00.
